Michael Snaith
I graduated with a First Class BSc (Hons) in Sports Development from Teesside University and later achieved a PGCE in Education. I am deeply committed to fostering inclusion and take great pride in achieving this through my current role as Director of Evolve Sports Academy. My passion for supporting young people is rooted in a firm belief that sport has the power to change lives. I am excited about the opportunities ahead at Evolve Education & Sports Management and look forward to building positive relationships with clients, candidates, and organisations.
Shaun Nicholson
Shaun Nicholson
I have 30 years of experience in the sports industry, having worked as a coach, teacher, and Head of Sport. Throughout my career in education, I have taught students ranging from school age to degree level. In addition, I have over 10 years of experience in quality improvement and moderation. My lifelong passion for sport has played a central role in shaping who I am, and it has shown me the powerful impact sport can have as an educational tool for young people. My ambition is to harness the power of sport to help children and young adults learn, grow, and develop as individuals.
